Thanks to over 1,000 who registered for the SACES 2016 Conference. We had record-breaking attendance with a great Career Connection (141 job seekers); 10 supportive sponsors, a wide variety of content sessions, roundtables, and posters; fun receptions; and more!
During the SACES Business Meeting/Awards Luncheon, SACES members donated $1,166 and SACES matched that. We were able to donate a total of $2,332 to the New Orleans Family Justice Center (https://nofjc.org).

Refund Policy:Although our refund policy stated no refunds after 9/27/16, we realize that Hurricane Matthew has impacted travel for many of our SACES members. Therefore, we have revisited our policy and will issue a partial refund (fee less $50 for professional members and $30 for student members) after the conference for those who request a refund by 10/15/16. The fee will help offset some of the costs incurred to SACES due to this unavoidable event. Our treasurer will notify you when she completes your refund.
To cancel your registration and request a refund, please email SACES Treasurer, Cheryl Wolf, at firstname.lastname@example.org. To also cancel your presentation, please include SACES Program Chair, Casey Barrio Minton, at email@example.com. All presenters are encouraged to make their presentations available in the SACES 2016 Conference Dropbox (firstname.lastname@example.org) so participants who were unable to attend may view them.

The Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (SACES) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 2076. The Wyndham is our overflow hotel which is .3 mile from the Astor Crowne Plaza. In order to make reservations for the SACES group rate of $209 (+~15% taxes & fees) per night, please call the Wyndham New Orleans French Quarter in house reservations department Monday – Friday, 8AM to 5PM Central Time at (800) 447-2830 or call (866) 781-3768 24 hours a day and speak with Wyndham Hotels Reservations.
