    The registration rate includes full access on Friday, November 8, and Saturday, November 9, as well as continuing education credits for all sessions attended and evaluated. 

    Pre-Conference Sessions on Thursday, November 7, will be $40 (3 hr.) and $80 (6 hr.) per session.

    *Earlybird registration ends September 1, 2024; a completed registration includes payment.

    ALL PRESENTERS MUST register by September 1, 2024 in order to be listed in the conference program.

    T-Shirts 

    Add a SACES T-shirts for $25 your Conference Registration. Shirts will come in sizes S - 3XL.

    Refund Policy

    A cancellation request must be received via email to conference.registration@saces.org on or before October 31st.  Refunds will not be issued for no-shows. You will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee ($50 for the Student category).

    No refunds will be processed between October 31 and November 18.

    If you are also canceling your presentation, please copy conference.programs@saces.org as well.

      Questions or issues with your SACES member account or login? Please contact the Membership Chair at membership@saces.org. If you join ACA/ACES near a registration deadline, your membership profile may take a few days to update; this can quickly be addressed with a copy of your new member or renewal receipt. However, we encourage you to login early to avoid any technical difficulties before the deadline.
