Conference Registration & Program
Registration opened May 1, 2022. The receptions will be included in your conference registration. ALL PRESENTERS must register by the early bird deadline of August 1, 2022 in order to be listed in the conference program; a completed registration includes final payment.
We are using Sched.com as the SACES 2022 Conference app. The app can be accessed through a desktop (https://saces2022.sched.com/), mobile browser, or the Sched.com global app, downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
In the app, you can create a profile and develop your schedule. We highly recommend making your schedule before you arrive. This will allow you to save the session details needed when you submit CEUs. You can view all the session details in the Sched. App from a desktop, laptop, or mobile device. We have also added special designations: Ethics, Supervision, and Empirical Research, along with Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced session descriptors.
SACES attendees will NOT be provided a hard copy of the program. A PDF program will be available on SACES.org after the conference. All events, sessions, presenters, attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, Job Talks, and links to submit for your CEU and program evaluation can be located in the SACES 2022 Conference App now.
The Southern Association of Counselor Education and Supervision (SACES) has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 2076. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. SACES is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

At the time of booking, the guest will be charged a deposit equal to one night’s stay. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

University / Group Events at the Conference
If you are interested in hosting an after-hours reception or gathering, you may use the unused conference spaces and work with the hotel to coordinate the location and cater the events. Please contact Kori Babel at co.conferencecoordinator@saces.org to discuss this further. Due to the limited restaurant space onsite at the Hilton resort, spaces in the restaurants or bars cannot be reserved for large groups as it would limit access to individuals and small groups who may wish to dine or drink there.
The Charm City Circular does provide a free shuttle to nearby restaurants and bars.

Presenters
The call for proposals and reviewers closed March 6 2022. Presenters may edit proposals as allowed; all presenters were notified in April and must register by August 1, 2022. PowerPoints and print materials must adhere to formatting, font, and graphic requirements. Please use the SACES Conference PowerPoint template. Also, poster presentations should be inclusive for all attendees, including those who are blind or have low vision, deaf or heard of hearing, and those with mobility or physical challenges. Please refer to the conference's presenter guidelines for accessibility and inclusion or contact accessiblity@saces.org with any questions about ensuring your presentation is accessible to all participants at the conference.
